Lift knees high for more bounce action through feet, use free arm, spot head on turns

Settle weight into straight legs, keep legs close together at thighs, toes pointed out, brush feet under body, keep toes brushing on floor to next figure

Silver Cha Cha (lady)

Silver Jive (lady)

Pumping leg & feet action, lift knees high, use free arm up & out to side, spot head on all turns, strong topline for walks, good connection of arm & body to partner, keep body errect head up, chicken walks- straighten front leg when weight is transfered & tight legs (thighs)

Pumping leg & feet action, lift knees high, use free arm up & out to side, spot head on all turns, strong topline for walks, good connection of arm & body to partner, keep body errect head up, chicken walks- straighten front leg when weight is transfered & tight legs (thighs) man toe to heel walks back, one straight leg walk back, with other leg bent with toe to heel of weighted leg

Silver Rumba (lady)

straighten weighted leg, toes pointed out, figure 8 hip rolls, tight base (thighs), use free arm up or out to side, brush feet past under body, keep toes on floor, body & head errect, strong connection through arms & body

straighten weighted leg, toes pointed out, figure 8 hip rolls, tight base (thighs), use free arm up or out to side, brush feet past under body, keep toes on floor, body & head errect, strong connection through arms & body

Silver Samba (lady)

botafoga foot action- one leg bent one leg straight with toe pointed diagonally out,  try to get hip action on outside leg when it is straightened, volta action has small side step facing centre or wall- not big, samba turn put feet together on turn, spot head to partner to finish in promenade run position, same side leading as foot in rocks, plait is same action as jive chicken walks- tight thighs knees together
